What’s ANBU? It gets mentioned in Chapter 1 as some kind of library police, then not again until 11 when they’re some kind of secret police taking prisoners in the dead of night. Gestapo Librarians, wha?

If anyone almost decided not to read this because of this comment, pay it no mind. Naruto was seeing the Hokage, and leaving with a restricted scroll. It is completely explainable to have ANBU watch over the hokage and the library. Can’t believe I almost didn’t read it because it the above comments, what a great disservice you’re doing.
